Patagonia is one of the most beautiful and impressive regions in the world. It is located in the extreme south of South America and shared by Argentina and Chile. It is a sparsely populated area whose landscape is dominated by granite peaks, spiers and horns which form impressive mountain landscapes in a wonderful setting. This program consists of a series of exceptional day trips and a catamaran tour with excellent accommodation.

The itinerary begins with day hikes from the small town of El Chalten to different viewpoints which offer spectacular views of the Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre massifs. Next, visit the Perito Moreno Glacier and travel to Torres del Paine National Park. Here there will be a version of the world famous «Walk of the W» enjoying magnificent views of the Horns and Torres del Paine.

Even in summer, the weather in Patagonia is difficult to predict. Prepare for unexpected rain and cold, strong winds (up to 130 km / h – 80 mi / h).

Start training 12 to 16 weeks before the start of your trip in Patagonia.

Cardio 45 – 90 minutes two to three times a week.

Endurance 2 times a week.
